1. Agreement

By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, use reasonable security controls, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Permitted use

You may use the services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, provider rules, documentation, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Maintain a valid lawful basis and recipient relationship for each message.
• Provide accurate sender identification and truthful content.
• Honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests where applicable.
• Maintain and use suppression lists for bounces, complaints, and opt-outs.
• Protect personal data and credentials submitted to the service.

5. Restrictions

You may not use the services for spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, malicious software, deceptive practices, or attempts to bypass technical or provider controls. You may not interfere with the service or use it to harm third parties.

6. Suspension and enforcement

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect recipients or infrastructure, respond to legal requirements, or enforce these Terms. We may investigate complaints and require information about sending practices.

7. Third-party services

The services may rely on third-party infrastructure and communication providers. Their terms and availability may affect the operation of the services.

8. Intellectual property

Huanting Cloud and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, documentation, trademarks, and related materials. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to process it and provide the services.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other party's confidential information and will use it only for the business relationship, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Disclaimer

The services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, inbox placement, or delivery by third-party networks.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huanting Cloud will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
