Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects recipients, customers, providers, and the reliability of Huanting Cloud infrastructure.

Effective date: August 1, 2026
Core rule: Huanting Cloud may be used only for legitimate, expected, and lawful communications. Unsolicited bulk email and deceptive messaging are prohibited.

1. Required sending practices

  • Send only to people who initiated the relevant transaction, maintain an active relationship with the sender, or provided valid consent.
  • Use accurate sender names, addresses, domains, subjects, and message content.
  • Keep reasonable evidence of consent and the source of recipient data.
  • Use SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for sending domains.
  • Process bounces, complaints, and unsubscribe requests promptly.
  • Include legally required identification and unsubscribe information.

2. Prohibited recipient sources

You may not use purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, guessed, generated, or third-party lists without a demonstrable lawful basis and valid recipient relationship. List washing and address validation do not create consent.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

  • Spam, phishing, impersonation, credential theft, malware, or fraud.
  • Misleading headers, subjects, domains, links, identities, or claims.
  • Content that violates law, privacy, intellectual property, or third-party rights.
  • Attempts to evade filtering, complaints, suppression, rate limits, or provider review.
  • Sending that creates excessive bounces, complaints, blocks, or reputation harm.
  • Use of compromised accounts, domains, systems, or recipient data.

4. Transactional and marketing messages

Transactional messages must be directly related to an action, account, service, order, security event, or workflow expected by the recipient. Promotional content must not be disguised as transactional. Marketing messages require appropriate consent and a working unsubscribe mechanism.

5. Monitoring and enforcement

We may review technical and account signals, request information about message purpose or recipient acquisition, impose limits, suspend sending, or terminate access when necessary to protect recipients and infrastructure. Serious abuse may be reported to providers or authorities where required.

6. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to abuse@huanting5.com. Include relevant headers, message details, timestamps, and a description of the issue.
